What we need
The Department of Electronic and Electrical Engineering at UCL will be what’s known as the ‘Controller’ of the personal data you provide to us. We only collect the details we need to process your pre-application.
Why we need it
We need to know this basic personal data in order to process your pre-application. We do not collect any personal data that we do not need to provide and oversee this service to you.
What we do with it
All the personal data we collect is processed by our staff in the UK. No third parties have access to your personal data unless the law allows them to do so.
How long we keep it
We will keep your personal data for as long as we are running this course, or until you inform us that you wish to withdraw your application and no longer want us to hold this information.
What are your rights?
If at any point you believe the information we process on you is incorrect you can request to see this information and have it corrected or deleted.
